For this you only need two things to do:
Upload your mixed material to our server and write an email to Spiralhead, who you are, what you uploaded and how we may use your stuff.

So send your mix/es as a MP3 or an OGG Vorbis file with a minimum quality of 192KBit to our upload server at

And if you have a tracklist, it would be nice to publish it here also.
